Runs to Bolingbrook Fort Wayne!Argos to Bowling Brook: $190 per load. up to 2 loads per day Monday - FridayArgos to Fort Wayne: 3 loads per day at $130/load Monday - FridayBenefits: Daily or weekend home time depending on route, stable freight, and a professional work environmentAdditional Pay for all Driver TypesDetentionBreakdown payOther Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage401(k) retirement planPaid vacation:1 week after 6 months of employment1 additional week after 12 months3 weeks after 7 years4 weeks after 15 years8 paid holidays per yearWMW covers the full cost of your initial HazMat certificationAll hourly work paid as straight timeWeight ticket reimbursements at face valueEquipment:Our International LT trucks come fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, TV, premium driver's seat, and an auxiliary power unit (APU) for your comfort on the road.WHAT YOU'LL DOOperate Class A tractor-trailers to transport freight, general commodities, and specialized cargo.Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report defects, accidents, or violations promptly.Load, secure, and inspect cargo; follow special handling procedures for hazmat or temperature-sensitive freight.Maintain accurate HOS logs and all required DOT/FMCSA documentation.Verify bills of lading, collect signatures/receipts, and ensure all paperwork is complete and correct.Plan routes and schedules to meet pickup and delivery windows.Perform basic vehicle maintenance (fluids, minor repairs); keep trailer clean and ready.REQUIREMENTSValid Class A CDL With1 year of experience — required.HazMat endorsement preferred not required.High School Diploma or GED.TWIC card is preferred, not required.Must pass and maintain all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORReliable, accountable, and safety-conscious — you take this job seriously.Strong time management — you plan ahead and meet your windows.Clear communicator — professional with customers and easy to reach by dispatch.Team player — respectful, cooperative, and positive on the road and in the yard.This job description is not an exhaustive list of all duties.
