You’ll use your driving skills and experience to operate and monitor our automated full-size bus during on-road tests, primarily on public roads, and be ready to respond quickly and effectively to guarantee safety.You will be located at the Buffalo, NY.You will be working 40 hours and 5 days a weekTo be considered for this role, you should have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.Come and join our team at ADASTEC to create a clean and safe future for public transportation.ResponsibilitiesEnsuring safe testing of automated bus at all timesWorking in cooperation with Adastec engineers and follow the required instructionsDriving the bus manually when neededEnsuring the bus seats are clean and comfortable for all ridersMaking sure that required services to maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the busSkillsMinimum 21 years of ageHaving a good stable work recordHaving a safe driving record (from MVR and previous employment).Being able to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and meet DOT medical requirementsDrivers must have a chauffeur's license and a State of Michigan Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with A, B, or C group designation, (P) passenger endorsement.
