This position is key in developing analytics assets and transforming business data into actionable insights that support growth, retention, operational excellence, and business outcomes.3. Responsibilities:Develop and maintain curated datasets, metrics, and intelligence assets using DatabricksBuild and optimize SQL, Python, and analytical workflows for business intelligenceAnalyze business, operational, customer, and financial data to identify trends and actionable insightsSupport AI agent development by preparing knowledge sources and evaluating AI-generated outputsFacilitate self-service intelligence through semantic layers and promote data literacyPartner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into analytical solutionsEnsure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standardsMaintain documentation, metadata, and quality validation of analytical assets and AI outputs4. Requirements:Minimum 5 years experience in analytics and data, including SQL, Databricks, data modeling, business intelligence, statistical and data analysisMinimum 5 years experience in data management and governance, including data quality, metadata, documentation, and familiarity with data privacy and security standardsAt least 1 year experience with AI and automation technologies, including generative AI tools and basic prompt engineering5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary range for this role is $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employmentCompensation will be aligned with local labor markets, education, experience, and certificationsAdditional benefits include incentive programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution, subject to eligibility6.
