In turn, we are dedicated to ensuring our team of caregivers feel the same compassion that is provided to our residents.If any aspect of this message strikes a chord with you, we eagerly await your response here at Complete Care at Brick!Cardiac Recovery Nurse Qualifications & Responsibilities:Active New Jersey RN license in good standingExperience in long-term care setting is preferredCardiac Unit Competency skills include but are not limited to: Cardiac assessment, knowledge of Milrinone pump and medication management, CHF-Congestive Heart Failure, Life Vest, TPN initiation and management.This is a non-telemetry monitor cardiac unitManage surgical wounds and perform dressing treatments, as assigned per physician's orders, in accordance with resident's care plan and within scope of practiceManagement of Infusion therapyAdministration of Inotropic Medications and all other medications as assigned per physician's ordersKnowledge of the Milrinone Infusion Administration ProcessBLS CPRBasic EKG knowledgeMonitor and assess residents' health, document changes, and communicate updates to the healthcare teamDeliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care while ensuring residents' physical and emotional well-beingWork collaboratively with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionalsMaintain compliance with all healthcare regulations at the local, state, and federal levelsOther duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or AdministratorCardiac Recovery Nurse Schedule & Benefits:Schedule Part-time, 3-11p (4 days a week) including every other weekendWork today; Get paid today option availableComprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health, dental, vision, and paid time off (PTO)Ongoing training and career development opportunitiesJoin Complete Care at Brick, where your dedication and skills make a difference every day in the lives of our residents.Complete Care at Brick is an equal opportunity employer.
