Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Manufacturing Engineer at our Charlotte, NC location. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and production output. Daily tasks include developing and implementing industrial solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to execute technical projects, and troubleshooting equipment and production challenges. Additional responsibilities include analyzing workflows, ensuring all production activities meet quality and safety standards, and contributing to cost reduction initiatives. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and hands-on experience in Manufacturing EngineeringProficiency in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering principlesExperience in Machining and technical problem-solvingAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsStrong analytical and project management skillsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or related field) requiredExperience in the transportation or advanced composites industry is a plusFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable
