Logistics Account ExecutiveEast Rutherford, NJ | In-Office | Competitive Base Salary + Growth Opportunity About the Opportunity We’re partnering with an established international shipping and logistics company that is looking to add a strong B2B sales and account management professional to its team.This role is built for someone who knows how to bring in new freight forwarding business, build long-term client relationships, and manage international shipping accounts. The company is looking for someone who understands how freight moves globally, especially across Transatlantic and Transpacific trade lanes, and can speak confidently with customers about shipping, customs, pricing, documentation, and service solutions.This is not a basic logistics coordinator role. This is for someone who can sell, negotiate, manage accounts, and grow revenue in the international freight and transportation space.What You’ll Be DoingProspect, develop, and bring in new B2B customers for international logistics and freight forwarding servicesSell international shipping solutions including ocean freight, air freight, import/export logistics, customs support, and related transportation servicesBuild and manage strong relationships with customers shipping goods between the U.S., Europe, and AsiaIdentify customer needs and create logistics solutions based on trade lanes, shipping volume, timelines, and compliance requirementsNegotiate pricing, service agreements, and customer contractsWork closely with operations teams to make sure shipments are handled properly from start to finishSupport customers with questions around Incoterms, customs documentation, import/export requirements, and international shipping processesMaintain and grow existing customer accounts through strong service, follow-up, and relationship managementWhat They’re Looking For10+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, international transportation, supply chain, or freight salesProven success in B2B sales, business development, or account management within freight forwarding or international logisticsStrong understanding of Transatlantic and Transpacific trade lanesExperience with international shipping operations, including ocean freight, air freight, import/export, and customs processesKnowledge of Incoterms, trade compliance, customs regulations, and international shipping documentationAbility to manage customer relationships, pricing conversations, contracts, and service expectationsStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsComfortable working in a fast-moving, operationally driven logistics environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferredWhy This Role Stands OutOpportunity to sell international freight and logistics services with a company already active in global shippingStrong fit for someone who enjoys both new business development and account managementWork directly with customers moving freight across major global trade lanesJoin a company where your knowledge of freight forwarding, customs, Incoterms, and international transportation will actually matterCompetitive compensation with long-term opportunity to grow accounts and revenue MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
