I am working with a Private Equity backed Healthcare team who are looking to onboard a Corporate Development Associate to join their team in New Jersey!Job brief:Responsible for conducting preliminary valuation work, as well as valuation analysis and financial modeling for prospective and ongoing transactions.Plays a key role in due diligence processes and activities.Assists in all corporate integration efforts to enable successful integration of new acquisitions.Assists in developing and preparing proposals and presentations to prospects and firm leadership.
