DescriptionThe Amazon Kids+ team builds innovative products and services for children ages 3-12 and their caregivers across Amazon Fire Tablets, Fire TV, Echo devices, and Kindle. We are seeking a seasoned product and business leader to join our Kids+ team. In this role, you will lead the team that defines and builds the Amazon Kids+ service as a product, owning the strategy for experiences, value proposition, and growth.You will be responsible for establishing long-term vision and strategy for critical growth areas of our subscription service, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, retention, and business planning. You will partner closely with science & tech leaders and software engineers to build innovative, customer-facing features that will scale and optimize growth in order to reach more families. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
