As ADE expands our service offerings past the launcher, we open new doors of opportunity for our customers and employees.Role DescriptionBased in Arnold, MO, this full-time role involves the assembly, programming, and repair of mission-critical electronic systems for defense and aerospace applications. You will provide end-to-end technical support across the product life cycle, from supporting new product development and testing, to troubleshooting and repairing products in full production.QualificationsAssociate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of electronics technician experience (defense, aerospace, or industrial preferred)Ability to read and interpret complex schematics and technical documentationExperience in troubleshooting and diagnosing failures at the board, assembly, system levelExperience using standard electronic test and diagnostic equipmentExperience with soldering to IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 standards (certification preferred)Strong attention to detail in compliance with safety standards and documentation accuracyPrevious experience in defense, aerospace, or a precision-focused manufacturing industry is a plusU.S. Person status required due to export control regulations
