This is a hybrid position with an on-site requirement of three days per week.Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy in deductions and compliance with tax regulationsMaintain and reconcile payroll records; conduct regular compliance auditsAnalyze compensation data, prepare reports, and integrate data for strategic decision-makingConduct market benchmarking and assist in designing competitive compensation programsServe as the functional lead for Workday and ADP SmartCompliance systemsProven experience in payroll processing and compensation analysisStrong numerical and accounting skillsProficiency with data analysis tools and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel)Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesCollaborative team player with excellent communication skills
