The position offers the opportunity to influence process design, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to ongoing operational improvements across the facility.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, monitor, and improve all manufacturing processesReview and disposition non-conforming material in accordance with industry and customer specificationsManage order processing, including creating detailed drawings, fixturing, and process routingsMaintain all engineering documentation (drawings, procedures, routings, and work instructions)Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and techniciansInterface with suppliers and customers as neededSupport internal and external audits, including preparation, execution, and corrective action follow-upParticipate in staff, continuous improvement, and management review meetingsPerform additional duties as assigned by leadershipPreferred QualificationsBachelors degree in an engineering field (equivalent experience considered)Proficiency with Microsoft Office and 2D AutoCADUnderstanding of belt furnaces, fixture design, stamping, coining, machining, welding, electroplating, and hermetic sealing methodsExperience with ERP or MRP systems preferredFamiliarity with AS9100, ISO9001, JEDEC 9, MIL-STD-883, and MIL-PRF-38534Strong time management and prioritization skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication skillsBenefitsCompetitive SalaryHealth, dental, and vision insurancePTO401(k) with employer matchProfessional development opportunities Email Your Resume In Word ToNate.Paules@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
