We give brokers the tools, brand, and collaborative network to compete for — and win — larger deals.Role DescriptionWe’re recruiting commercial real estate advisors across Florida — both experienced brokers and ambitious agents ready to step into commercial. This is a commission-based, independent advisor role: you build your own book of business with the brand, infrastructure, and network of a national platform behind you.Day to day, you’ll source and close sales and acquisitions, negotiate leases and represent tenants, advise investor clients, and grow relationships across your local market.
