Administrative PositionThis administrative position provides primary administrative support for the Body Shop Director and department. Successful candidates must have excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.Job Responsibilities:Screen and route written, electronic mail and telephone calls, both internal & externalSet appointments, open and manage repair orders, create invoices and close themCreate and manage files in our estimating systemUpdate customers throughout the repair processResponsible for the Accounts Payables and Receivables for the departmentAnswer multiple phone lines in a courteous and professional mannerGreet customers as they enter the collision centerData entryAssist with other administrative duties as neededRequirementsStrong verbal and communication skillsKnowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)Attention to detailFlexible hoursExcellent phone etiquette and customer service skillsProfessional appearance a mustFriendly and courtesy dispositionPrevious experience with estimating system and Reynolds & Reynolds, preferredExperience in a dealership environment or Collision Center helpful but not mandatoryCompetencies:Self-starterProvide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customersEffectively communicate and collaborate with fellow employeesAbility to multi-task
