Founded by Kat Eastham, we specialize in retail strategy, buyer relationships, trade planning, and category management at retailers like Whole Foods Market. We're a small, fast-moving team building something special, and we bring a genuine passion for the brands and products we represent.Role DescriptionWe're bringing our data analysis in-house and looking for a part-time data analyst who genuinely loves CPG and wants to grow with us. This is a contract to hire role with a clear path to full-time as Bright Path scales. You'll have real ownership over how reporting evolves here and direct impact on our brand partners' success.Daily responsibilities include:Pulling and analyzing weekly sales data from the Whole Foods supplier portalBuilding client-facing dashboards and weekly performance reportsFlagging trends, issues, and opportunities across our brand portfolioSupporting trade planning, forecasting, and pricing and promo analysisContributing to presentations for client reviews and Whole Foods category meetingsJumping on ad-hoc analysis and special projects as priorities shiftQualificationsGenuine passion for CPG, natural products, and emerging brandsStrong Excel skills and comfort working with retail sales dataFamiliarity with syndicated data sources like Nielsen or IRI is a plusAbility to communicate data clearly to non-technical partnersSelf-starter who thrives in a fast-moving startup environmentBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferredCompensation: $1,500 to $2,250 monthly, depending on experience. Part-time, roughly 10 to 15 hours per week. Remote, Austin-based preferred.
