If you have experience, starting pay can be higher.Earn an additional $.50 cents per hour from Mid-night to 6 a.m. (see company policy upon accepting a position).Earn a performance review in a little as 90 days, with annual reviews thereafter.Health Insurance is available within 90 days of your starting date. Vacation Pay, Over-time pay over 40 hours, Annual Bonus based upon store profits, Over-time pay for those that work the Holidays. Job Duties: CHAMPS CHICKENPrepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely mannerFollow recipes and presentation specificationsOperate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficientlyClean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitationAssist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipmentRestock items as needed throughout the shiftAdhere to all sanitation and food production codesPay Frequency: Bi weekly or Twice monthlyIn case you may also want to be a cashier,The function of a cashier is to perform the following duties in a friendly and professional manner ensuring a high level of customer service and store appearance.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Customer ServiceRunning a cash register, this includes accountability for cash, lottery tickets, cash cards, etc.Completing shift reportCleaning (windows, floors, bathrooms, emptying trash containers, etc.)Stocking shelves and coolersSweeping and mopping floorsChecking product in as it is delivered from vendorsYard maintenance (sweeping, shoveling, painting, checking gas wells, etc.)MerchandisingOther tasks assigned by managementAbility to communicate with associates and guestsAbility to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperworkWear required store uniformAvailable weekend, evening shifts and holidaysMust have reliable transportationMust attend mandatory meetings (i.e. T.A.M., sexual harassment)Physical RequirementsFrequent bending, reaching, lifting of 1 to 15 lbsBe able to lift up to 50lbs on occasionReaching above shoulder height and bending below waistBe able to freely access all areas of the storeMove quickly around storeWe are an equal opportunity employer.
