DescriptionThe Waldinger Corporation has an opportunity for a qualified Helper in our Fort Wayne, Indiana Office.Job SummaryPlays a vital role in supporting skilled workers and ensuring the construction site operates efficiently and safely. Responsible for maintaining workflow and contributing to the overall success of the project.Responsibilities Material Handling Assistance: Helps with transporting, loading, and unloading materials (such as cement, lumber, tools, and equipment) to and from the construction site, ensuring materials are placed in the proper areas. Construction Workers Support: Provides assistance to skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, electricians, plumbers) by handing them tools, holding materials, or performing basic tasks under their supervision to help keep the project moving. Job Site Cleaning and Maintenance: Keeps the construction site clean and organized by removing debris, cleaning tools, and disposing of waste materials. Ensures that the site remains safe and free from hazards. Equipment Set Up: Helps set up scaffolding, ladders, and other equipment needed for the project.
