Field Supervisor

Pay: From $19.00 per hourSecurity Reconnaissance Team, Inc (C13489) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee our team of field workers in the San Antonio area. The Field Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all field operations are carried out efficiently and effectively, and that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.Security Officer Job Responsibilities:Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises.Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.Obtains help by sounding alarms.Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures.Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.Maintain accurate records of all field operations, including work orders, time sheets, and equipment maintenance logsMaintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.Maintains the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Security Officer Skills and Qualifications:Lifting, Surveillance Skills, Deals with Uncertainty, Judgment, Objectivity, Dependability, Emotional Control, Integrity, Safety Management, Professionalism, Reporting SkillsApplicants Must Have:Must have a Level II Non-Commissioned (Unarmed) or a Level III Commissioned (Armed) TX PSB security license in handMinimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory roleValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a working cell phoneExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFluency in EnglishBe drug-free.
