We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Medical Assistant to join our growing team and support providers who travel between our Elkton and Middletown offices./ph3Position Summary:/h3pThe Medical Assistant will work closely with our providers to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality clinical care. This role requires flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered service. The candidate must be willing and able to travel between the Elkton and Middletown offices as needed./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliGreet and room patients, verify patient information, and prepare them for examination./liliRecord vital signs, medical histories, and medication lists accurately./liliAssist providers with exams, procedures, and treatments as needed./liliManage patient flow to ensure timely care and efficient scheduling./liliPerform basic lab tests, collect specimens, and handle point-of-care testing./liliAdminister injections and immunizations per provider direction./liliMaintain exam rooms, supplies, and equipment in a clean and organized manner./liliHandle patient phone calls, messages, and prescription refill requests./liliCoordinate referrals, prior authorizations, and follow-up appointments./liliDocument all clinical interactions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)./liliSupport front-office functions as needed, including check-in/check-out./li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent required./liliCompletion of an accredited Medical Assistant program (required)./liliCurrent MA certification or registration preferred./liliMinimum 1 year of experience in a clinical or primary care setting preferred./liliCurrent BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)./liliReliable transportation and flexibility to work between Elkton and Middletown locations./liliStrong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills./liliCompassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented demeanor./li/ulh3Schedule Compensation:/h3ulliFull-time position, MondayFriday (no weekends or major holidays)./liliCompetitive pay based on experience./liliBenefits package available (discussed during interview)./li/ulpHow to Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and interest in joining our team at Integrated Health 360./p/div
