This role offers the opportunity to work on a highly visible platform that combines data, analytics, AI capabilities, and operational insights into a seamless user experience.You will play a key role in designing and developing modern, scalable web applications using React and TypeScript while partnering with developers, architects, data teams, and UX designers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building products from the ground up, solving complex technical challenges, and delivering intuitive experiences for enterprise users.Day-to-Day:Develop and maintain modern React applications using TypeScript and Databricks AppKitBuild responsive and accessible user interfaces using shadcn, Radix UI, and TailwindCSSCreate complex data visualizations and interactive charting componentsDevelop and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Vitest and PlaywrightCollaborate with cross-functional teams within a monorepo environmentWrite clean, scalable, and maintainable code following domain-driven design principlesParticipate in code reviews, architectural planning, and Agile ceremoniesPartner closely with UI/UX teams to deliver pixel-perfect user experiencesSupport application modernization and platform enhancement initiativesContribute to data integration, analytics, and AI-driven product capabilitiesRequired Experience and Skills:8+ years of professional frontend development experiencePrior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7+ years’ experienceExpert-level proficiency in React and TypeScriptStrong experience with TailwindCSS and component-driven architectureProven track record building complex, data-intensive web applicationsDeep understanding of React hooks, state management patterns, and performance optimizationExperience with modern build tools (Vite) and monorepo architecturesStrong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and browser compatibilityExperience with form validation (React Hook Form) and data tablesFamiliarity with Git workflows, code review practices, and CI/CD pipelinesActive Secret ClearanceNice to Have Experience and Skills:Experience with Node.js/Express for API integration and understanding backend architectureFamiliarity with Databricks platform and experience building applications using Databricks AI/BIUnderstanding of RESTful APIs, authentication patterns, and real-time data streamingExperience integrating AI/ML features into frontend applications (RAG, NLP, AI SDK)Knowledge of React Server Components and modern full-stack patternsExperience with drag-and-drop interactions (@dnd-kit) and advanced UI patternsFamiliarity with effect-ts or functional programming paradigmsUnderstanding of testing strategies including unit, integration, and E2E testingExperience with AWS or Azure deployment and understanding of cloud-native applicationsKnowledge of DevOps practices, Docker, and containerization concepts
