We're hiring: Scrum MasterOn-site. Temp to perm possibility.Our client, a global leader in scientific instrumentation, is building next-generation lab automation technology, software and hardware engineering working side by side. We need a Scrum Master who can run Agile delivery across a cross-functional team spanning Software, Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, and Assay Development, inside a regulated quality management system.What you'll doFacilitate Sprint Planning, Release Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Demos, and Retrospectives. Guide the Product Owner on backlog development and refinement. Remove impediments and keep the team productive. Manage dependencies across internal and external teams. Report metrics and status to senior management. Hold the line on regulatory compliance and quality standards.What you bringBS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Physics, or a related Engineering discipline. 5+ years in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Experience in a regulated environment is a plus. Background as a software or test engineer in an Agile setting is a plus.This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to lead delivery on complex hardware-software systems, not just run ceremonies on a pure software team.Interested?
