Training Lead / Change Enablement Location: San Francisco Bay Area/Pleasanton, CA Hybrid_1day/weekDuration: 12+monthsPay range_ $70-73/Hour on W2 This role is for a Training Lead supporting the OMP project, which is consolidating three separate customer data and marketing campaign tools into one platform called Zeta.The Training Lead will partner closely with the existing Change Lead and own the end-to-end training enablement workstream throughout a large transformation program.Core ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the overall training strategy and plansPartner with Change Lead to:Identify change impactsMap impacts by persona/audienceBuild role-based training approachesCreate and manage:Training outlinesTraining contentReview and approval cyclesDelivery schedulesPotentially facilitate training sessions for some audiencesBuild supporting materials such as:Project overview decksFAQsStakeholder communication contentCoordinate across multiple stakeholder groupsSupport agile project delivery with ongoing feature releases and iterative training updatesRequired Experience / SkillsMust-HaveStrong Training Lead / Learning Enablement experienceExperience supporting organizational change managementExperience with:Training strategyInstructional designTraining developmentStakeholder engagementTraining coordination/deliveryAbility to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholdersExcellent organization and communication skillsComfortable operating in an agile environmentPreferredExperience working on:Digital transformation programsMarketing technology implementationsEnterprise system rolloutsFamiliarity with AI-enabled training tools or modern enablement platformsExperience creating:FAQsCommunicationsExecutive/project overview presentationsTool / Technical ExpectationsNo specific training software expertise requiredAdaptability is more important than mastery of tools like:CamtasiaAdobe CaptivateCandidate should learn new platforms/tools quickly
