Chase Winters Worldwide (a leading retained executive search firm) is currently conducting a highly visible search engagement for a Client Partner (Manufacturing Industry Practice) on behalf of a leading global Strategic Management and Information Technology clients.Our client is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, enabling organizations across 50+ countries to navigate complex digital transformation initiatives. With decades of experience managing global enterprise systems and operations, the firm partners with clients to modernize technology landscapes, drive innovation, and deliver measurable business outcomes at scale.The Client Partner, Manufacturing Practice will serve as the primary executive interface within the assigned account scope. This leader will be responsible for client relationship management, business development, account governance, and delivery oversight. Typically managing a single account or a significant portfolio segment with P&L responsibility ranging from $30MM+, this individual will develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy while driving profitable growth in the Manufacturing sector.This role is based in Peoria, IL and West Palm Beach, FL.You will leverage your experience in IT services, consulting, and industrial/manufacturing sales to:Manage, expand, and strengthen executive-level client relationships within manufacturing enterprisesOwn and grow a $XXMM+ portfolio with full opportunity lifecycle responsibilityDevelop and execute a comprehensive Account Plan, including revenue targets, relationship mapping, pricing strategy, governance structure, and competitive positioningDrive initiatives aligned to manufacturing-specific challenges such as IT/OT integration, digital factory transformation, supply chain optimization, and product innovationCollaborate with delivery leadership and global teams to ensure operational excellence and fulfillment of all contractual commitmentsLead proposal development, pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and executive presentationsProvide delivery assurance by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across consulting, technology, and operations teamsYou will engage C-level stakeholders, understand strategic imperatives in manufacturing, and position digital, consulting, and technology-led solutions that drive long-term partnership value and measurable business impact.This is a highly visible opportunity within a globally recognized organization, offering strong compensation, executive exposure, and significant career progression within a high-growth practice.Requirements8+ years of professional experience with strong sales, account management, and relationship management backgroundSignificant business development and project management experienceDemonstrated success managing large enterprise accounts with P&L responsibilityExperience supporting clients within the Manufacturing sector (Industrial, Automotive, Aerospace, Discrete/Process Manufacturing)Track record of interacting with and building relationships at the C-suite levelHands-on experience leading proposal creation and executive presentationsStrong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsBroad IT services and consulting engagement experiencePreferred QualificationsKnowledge of manufacturing-specific go-to-market strategies and solutionsUnderstanding of key business drivers, technology trends, and operational challenges in manufacturingExperience operating within a Global Delivery ModelExperience managing large, multi-location consulting engagement teamsProven track record growing rapidly expanding client relationships in industrial/manufacturing clientsCandidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.
