Job Title: Licensed Therapist Job Summary:CASES is seeking a compassionate and culturally competent Licensed Therapist to provide trauma-informed, evidence-based care to adults impacted by the criminal legal system. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the Therapist conducts assessments, develops recovery-focused treatment plans, and provides individual, family, and group therapy. This role emphasizes integrated, person-centered care and collaboration with both clinical and justice system partners. They coordinate with internal and external partners-including psychiatrists, case managers, peer specialists, and justice system personnel-to ensure integrated, person-centered care.The position is based within CASES' Nathaniel Clinic in the South Bronx; serving clients with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and psychosocial needs. This is an ideal opportunity for a licensed clinician passionate about mental health equity and committed to supporting individuals impacted by incarceration in achieving long-term stability and wellness.Shift Hours: This position is full-time Monday - Friday; shifts include 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 11 to 7pm.Salary: The salary for the Licensed Therapist role is $72,100 per year.Location Address: 424 East 147th Street, Bronx NY 10455Workplace Flexibility: Hybrid - 1 full day remote per week.
