Role Description This is a full-time Senior Project Manager role located in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include contract and change management, cost controls, coordinating project schedules, expediting materials and resources, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. The Senior Project Manager will also play a critical role in problem-solving and facilitate seamless teamwork among all project contributors. Qualifications 10 years of Project management expertise and experienceProficient at writing subcontracts ensuring complete scopesProficient at cost control and change managementProficiency in expediting project timelines and coordinating material deliveryStrong skills ensuring compliance with safety and building standardsKnowledge of logistics management to efficiently allocate resources across projectsExcellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilitiesExperience in commercial, multifamily, and industrial construction sectorsProficiency with project management software and tools; Autodesk experience is a plusBachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
