Ryan Lawn and Tree is seeking a motivated IT Intern to join our team.In this role, you won’t just be sitting in a back room; you’ll be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring our field crews and office staff have the digital tools they need to keep our clients' properties beautiful. You’ll gain hands-on experience in technical support, hardware lifecycle management, and CRM data integrity.Key Responsibilities Help Desk & Salesforce SupportRequest Management: Act as the primary administrator for the IT Help Desk within Salesforce, assisting in the management and resolution of internal requests.Service Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues for staff and field crews, ensuring all tickets are documented and closed out effectively.Customer Experience: Provide regular updates and maintenance to the Customer Portal to ensure clients have real-time visibility into their services. Hardware Lifecycle & InventoryPerformance Assessment: Evaluate the operational effectiveness of aging laptops and desktops to determine if they meet current performance standards.Asset Tracking: Assist with rigorous inventory tracking within our software systems to ensure all equipment is accounted for.Sustainable Disposal: Identify obsolete equipment and coordinate the secure recycling of hardware and components.
