Teacher Assistant – Oxford, WI

Work site: Oxford, WI Start Date: August 12, 2026Starting Pay: $17.10 – $18.81 per hour, depending on experienceStatus: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, part yearBenefits: Paid time off, holidays, 401K (6% match), life insurance access to health, dental, vision and disability insurance.Duties: Responsible for assisting the Classroom Manager in preparing and conducting lesson plans which provide a developmentally age and stage appropriate curriculum, utilizing developmentally appropriate practices as outlined in the Program’s philosophy and Creative Curriculum.Minimum Qualifications:Two – year Associate Degree in Child Care and Development through a technical college and one year of classroom experience which includes working directly with children ages 0-5.Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) or a Registry Level of 6 or greater and two years of experience which includes working directly with children ages 0-5.Must provide a copy of unofficial transcripts or certificate from the WI Registry or class.Must be able to work effectively with multi-cultural children and families.CAP Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer
