Advise clients on corporate governance, deal structuring, and closing high-value transactions. Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates): JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission (NY preferred). 5–12+ years of relevant experience in either debt finance (private credit / venture debt) or fund formation at a reputable law firm.
