Project Manager

We're looking for a structural engineer who enjoys both the technical and people sides of engineering. Someone who can lead projects, mentor team members, collaborate with clients, and take ownership of delivering exceptional work. What You'll Do As a Project Manager, you'll lead structural engineering projects from concept through construction, coordinating internal teams and collaborating with clients, architects, contractors, and consultants. You'll: Lead the execution of structural engineering projects, balancing technical excellence, schedule, and client expectations. Organize and direct project teams through analysis, design, detailing, documentation, and construction administration. Coordinate with clients and project partners to understand goals, solve problems, and deliver practical solutions. Perform structural analysis and design for a variety of building types and structural systems. Mentor and oversee the work of engineers and designers, helping them grow professionally and technically. Contribute to the development of company standards, technical resources, and lessons learned. Desired Education and/or Experience At a minimum, Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering, with an emphasis in Structural Engineering. Master's Degree in Structural Engineering strongly preferred At least 10 years of experience in the structural design of buildings Current Professional Engineer License (structural engineering) in Texas Skills, Abilities & Qualifications Strong knowledge and understanding of fundamental engineering principles, structural behavior, and design of structural materials. Good teammate, considerate, respectful, and supportive Strong analytical and communication (verbal and written) skills Strong organizational skills Self-motivated and willing attitude Tenacity to see a project or assignment through to completion with a high degree of quality. Ability to effectively process and present complex information to both internal and external groups
