It is not to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities and duties required of the job incumbents.Full time (or PT)$26.64-32.64/hour - Placement in the range will be determined based on experience and other factors allowed by law.General SummaryPromote, coordinate, develop and oversee assigned pre-employment services for the Office of Mental Health (OMH). Oversee the delivery of service, supervision of staff and compliance of OMH and Department of Social Services (DSS) contracts. Provide direct services when necessary and appropriate to support contracted obligations.Company StandardsMaintains regular attendance and punctuality in order to provide ensure, supervise and provide quality serviced to individuals served. This position performs all hours onsite and at all assigned physical locations of service.Follows all safety rules and regulations; wears and/or uses required protective equipment while working; immediately addresses and reports any safety concerns or unsafe working conditions to the Employment Services management.Ensures and conducts all aspects of direct support to individuals served in compliance with the JM Murray mission statement, policies and procedures, professional standards, and applicable governmental laws, regulations, rules and standards.Essential FunctionsCoordinates and maintains workload and work assignments for assigned staff, ensuring that program and individual needs are covered.Maintains a caseload of individuals served, meeting with them routinely on and off site; and monitoring their progress, addressing concerns as needed.Works as a functional back up for DSS Contracted Services including the Disability Analyst and the Job Readiness Workshop.Continually audits and assesses service delivery to ensure appropriate enrollments in all programs, ensure timely and compliant billing procedures are maintained, and that records and documentation meet regulations and departmental policies.Maintains and monitors individual records, including but not limited to individual program plans and daily documentation. Ensure that documentation meets quality and billing standards.Ensures the completion of DSRIP Navigation (Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment Program) and PAM (Patient Activation Measure), and Mental Health Provider surveys according to required timeframes.Completes daily/weekly/monthly report for financial billing. Complete quarterly reports for the office of mental health.Is a member of the Mental Health Community for the county, and member of the county Single Point of ACCES (SPOA) committee that meets monthly.Main contact for the Unite Us referral portalReviews the DDS and OMH contracts, as well as attends all meetings in relation to these contractsProvides job development and ongoing job coaching servicesAttends community tabling eventsCompletes the New York Employment Service System NYESS formsEnsures and completes appropriate and timely documentation of services and surveys which includes the use of the JM Murray Electronic Medical Record, and the use of equipment such as a computer, laptop, and/or a tablet.Ensures that any company vehicles used for service delivery are maintained including keeping them clean inside and free of debris, having gas in them, and first aid kits are on hand and stocked; immediately reports any mechanical, safety or other needs for repair and maintenance.Establishes and maintains effective relationships with funding agencies, both internal and external to JM Murray, in order to maximize service benefit to participants.Reviews timecards for assigned employees according to the JMM payroll schedule. Approves timecards according to JM Murray policies and procedures.Provides ongoing feedback, coaching and supervision to employees with regard to job performance and service delivery. Completes performance reviews for assigned employees in a timely manner, according to established review schedules.Assists the Director of Employment Services with hiring of staff necessary to provide services, ensuring that the most qualified applicants are selected for open positions. Participates in the decision making with regard to employees who require disciplinary actions and/or terminations.Performs clerical duties necessary to maintain accurate records and service operations including but not limited to filing, copying, computer entry, organizing and ordering supplies, etc.Attends all required and requested training and meetings. Ensures assigned staff are scheduled for required training and maintain all required training and certifications.Assists the Director of Employment Services with program development and service expansion.Conducts self in a manner as to always contribute to maximum individual growth and in accordance with all regulations, the Code of Ethics and Company policy and procedures. Significant experience in similar position may be considered in lieu of education.Knowledge and SkillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsEfficient use of technology and software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and DatabasesKnowledge and experience with DSS, OMH, the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) contractsHighly organized, attention to detail and ability to prioritizeFlexibility to adjust to changes in schedules, assignments and needs of individuals servedOther RequirementsRequires a valid NYS Driver's License that meets Company standards; requires proof of NYS insurance coverage.Requires clearance through a Background Check process that will include, but is not limited to, clearance through the NYS Justice Center, the Office of Mental Health (OMH (as required)), the NYS Office of Child and Family Services, and the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles.Working ConditionsJob assignments may take place indoors and outdoors and require travel to various community locations, in various environmental conditions including rain, snow and cold weather.Physical RequirementsJob-related physical abilities an individual must possess in order to perform the job in a satisfactory manner.
