SAP Ariba helps companies of all sizes streamline how they source, contract, procure, pay, and manage supplier relationships through powerful SaaS offerings.Job DescriptionActively engage in understanding and refining customer needs and architectural requirementsDevelop comprehensive technical designs and approaches, along with precise effort estimatesCollaborate with the team on researching and delivering new featuresHandle complex customer issues, often with minimal direct access to their environmentsPartner closely with Development and QA teams within an agile sprint frameworkCoordinate and communicate effectively with distributed teams across multiple locationsTake part in both formal and informal discussions, including code and design reviews, as well as technical knowledge-sharing sessionsProvide regular updates on project status to line managementRequirementsUniversity degree in Computer Science or a related field5+ years of hands-on Java development experienceExperience working with SOAP and RESTful web servicesWeb programming skills are a plus (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Angular, TypeScript, etc.)Solid understanding of databasesFamiliarity with microservices, Spring Boot, and EclipseLinkExperience with code quality, refactoring, and applying design patterns and best practicesKnowledge of development environments, source control, and tracking toolsBasic experience with BashAdvantageous experience with XML technologies such as DOM and SAXJSF experience considered a plusVery good command of EnglishDoes it sound like a challenging opportunity for you?Fasten your seat belt and send us your CV!All job applications will be treated with strict confidentiality!
