Salary Range: $150000.00 - $170000.00 per yearPosted on 10/08/2024Job DescriptionYour future duties and responsibilities:Work as part of an integrated agile team (e.g., Project Manager, Scrum Master, Software Architect, Developers), government stakeholders, and subject matter experts to define and deploy Automation solutions.Support discovery of technical requirements working in close collaboration with the product owner and business users across multiple levels, including senior management.Provide project planning, management, communication, and coordination support to enterprise IT initiatives.Facilitate collaborative planning sessions with senior-level business and IT stakeholders within the components.Analyze business problems, understand the business process, and create process flow diagrams used as the basis for the solution design.Utilize excellent organizational skills to adhere to project deadlines, create and maintain deliverables, and proactively achieve project milestones.Establish client relationships; and ensure high-quality deliverables.Proactively prioritize project tasks and identify project issues and risks.Conduct research, analyze information needs, and perform analysis to support the delivery of relevant artifacts including business process diagrams, reports, and presentation.Review and edit documents developed by others to ensure accuracy and quality of content, organization, language, format consistency, and conformance with established standards.Required Skills:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college, university, or academic institution in the United State AND;6+ years' experience as an Agile Business Analyst4+ years' experience working on projects for the Federal government.Experience with client management including scoping and expectation setting is a must.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.Client friendliness with the ability to build and maintain trusting and value-added client relationships.Experience working in agile teams.Comfortable achieving a consensus across a diverse group of stakeholders.Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, with minimal supervision.We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Business Analyst who can support our growing Automation line of business. We are looking for someone in the greater Washington, DC area to play a lead role in providing agile business analyst consulting services to our clients. This opportunity is specific to our Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Transportation Security Administration (TSA) client.Our TSA customers are using UiPath and other automation tools to create business process workflows and process automations to revolutionize their business through improved efficiency, reduced costs, and redeploying personnel from repetitive tasks to more value-added activities. As part of a cross functional agile team, the Senior Agile Business Analyst would lead customer interactions related to requirements elicitation, creating the resulting features/epics/user stories, creating and supporting training and documentation. This is a fast-paced, demanding environment with access to senior client leadership, so the Senior Agile Business Analyst must be comfortable interacting with and advising government stakeholders across multiple levels.Location: Hybrid remote with occasional client visits in Springfield, VA. 1 day per week up to 2 depending on the project.Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
