Sunstate Equipment Co.: Where Safety and People are Core Values!We take care of our People and it shows!Hiring Immediately; Pay dependent on experience; PAID WEEKLY!Typical Schedule: Monday – FridayWhat You'll Be DoingContacting vendors to get status of Purchase Orders that will be arriving in the next 90 daysIssue Purchase Orders for new equipment purposesMaintain equipment documentation (i.e. equipment numbers) upon receipt by branch Provide support to booking logistics for shippingAssist in non-rental fleet compliance and documentation maintenanceWork with Accounts Payable to resolve invoicing issuesCreate sales & release documentationCoordinate consolidation and de-fleeting of units with regional operationsProvide ad hoc support and reporting across other areas within the departmentAdditional duties as assignedPosition RequirementsSunstate is a proud Second Chance employer that evaluates every candidate on a case-by-case basis.Previous experience in a coordinative role is preferredBuyer experience preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required to communicate, gather, and analyze information.Highly organized and capable of switching tasks and priorities depending on the needs of the departmentBe an efficient and effective communicator with employees and customersQuickly analyze problems and develop, communicate, and implement solutionsInterested?
