Hospice and Palliative Care Doctor Needed Near Louisburg, NC. Join a physician led multi-specialty group with a loyal patient base looking for a Physician with Hospice and Palliative Care experience to join its established Hospice and Palliative Care team. Palliative Care Fellowship preferred. Excellent mentorship available. Clinic hours are M-F; 8am-5pm. Staff includes a health coach. Outpatient only with rotating phone call. There is a residency stipend. Benefits offered include relocation, CME, PTO, and Malpractice (with tail).
