This is an immediate opening for a motivated and experienced individual to lead and develop the defensive unit of our football program.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as Defensive Coordinator, overseeing all aspects of the defensive strategy and execution.Coach and develop linebackers, providing position-specific training and mentorship.Collaborate with the head coach and other staff to develop game plans and scouting reports.Recruit prospective student-athletes in compliance with NCAA Division III regulations.Manage defensive staff and coordinate practice sessions focused on defensive skills and tactics.Promote academic success and personal development of student-athletes. QualificationsBachelor's Degree required.Experience coaching defense and linebackers preferred.College coaching and recruiting experience is preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively with student-athletes, coaching staff, and administration.
