This role requires dexterity, precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and production procedures.Responsibilities:Assemble, and visually inspect firearms and items to a standardPrint, apply, and scan labelsPackage completed productsRecord and interpret DATA and follow detailed instructionsCommunicate with the production manager and other team membersMaintain a clean and safe work environmentComply with all safety and compliance regulationsQualifications:High school diploma and one year of work experienceEyesight and manual dexterity sufficient to identify and maintain finish quality of components.Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbsExcellent written and oral communication skillsBasic computer skills, specifically Windows PCs.Experience with enterprise resource planning software is a plus.Familiar with Kaizen or Lean philosophy, 5S pillars:Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environmentWork independently as well as in a team environmentDemonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilitiesPrior experience in a manufacturing environment preferredAbility to stand for long periods of timeTechnical training or vocational training are a plusZev - Exceptional people with extraordinary talent
