This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about nonprofit work who enjoys building relationships and contributing to a growing organization.Position OverviewThe Development Coordinator will play a key role in supporting fundraising initiatives, managing donor communications, and ensuring accurate tracking of contributions. This position will work closely with leadership to help drive revenue through individual giving, events, and campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and track donations, ensuring accuracy in donor records and databasesMaintain and update donor management systems (CRM)Assist in planning and executing fundraising events and campaignsPrepare donor acknowledgments, thank-you letters, and tax receiptsSupport grant tracking and reporting effortsConduct donor research and assist with prospect identificationCoordinate mailings, email campaigns, and outreach initiativesAssist with development reports and fundraising metricsCollaborate with internal teams to support fundraising goalsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Business, or related field1–3 years of experience in fundraising, development, or administrative supportStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with donor databases/CRMs (Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, etc.)Exposure to event planning or fundraising campaignsPassion for nonprofit mission-driven workWhy Apply?Opportunity to contribute to a meaningful causeCollaborative and supportive team environmentExposure to all aspects of nonprofit fundraising and developmentCompetitive compensation and benefits
