The RLO is responsible for coordinatingrecords management activities within the assigned program office andacts as the principal liaison between program staff and the DOE-IDRecords Management Field Officer.The RLO ensures compliance with federal statutes, National Archives andRecords Administration (NARA) regulations, and DOE policies for thecreating, maintenance, use, safeguarding, and disposition of records inall formats and media.**Minimum Qualification Requirements (Education/Experience):**Bachelors degree plus 2 years of directly relevant experience.Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substitutedfor the degree requirement.Basic understanding of the Federal Records Act, NARA regulations, andDOE Records Directives and policies.Ability to organize, maintain, and track both paper and electronicrecords; effective communication skills to provide guidance andtraining.Familiarity with DOE approved electronic records management systems,databases, and standard office software.Ability to safeguard classified, sensitive, and controlled unclassifiedinformation (CUI) in accordance with DOE requirements.Must be able to perform duties independently, meet records managementdeadlines, and coordinate with DOE records officers and program staff.Ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance. \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\--The U.S. Department of Energys\' Idaho National Laboratory Site is afederal facility that performs work involving national security.
