Clinical Laboratory Scientist

Job Description Job Summary:This position is responsible for the provision of clinical laboratory results for the purpose of achieving definite therapeutic outcomes that improve customer care.Clinical laboratory practice involves the process through which a tech works with other health care professionals to design, implement and monitor a therapeutic plan that will produce specific outcomes for the patient.Through these actions, the Laboratory Department supports the overall goals of the medical center, and improves the health and well-being of the patient. Scheduled varied days and shifts; Must be able to take after hours call.Education:MT (ASCP) or MLT (ASCP)certified or eligibleMontana CLS or MLT required
