Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a visionary and highly technical Senior Salesforce Professional (10+ Years Exp) to drive the architecture, development, and strategic scaling of our enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you will not just write code; you will design robust architectural frameworks, spearhead complex multi-org integrations, and guide our engineering team toward best practices.If you are a Salesforce expert who thrives on transforming complex business requirements into elegant, scalable technical solutions while maintaining zero technical debt, we want you on our team.Core ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Design: Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.Custom Development: Write clean, optimized, and reusable Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and asynchronous processing modules.Integration Engineering: Architect and implement secure, real-time integration streams between Salesforce and external upstream/downstream systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Pub/Sub API, or middleware.Technical Leadership: Act as the technical authority for the Salesforce team. Conduct rigorous code and design reviews, mentor junior/mid-level developers, and enforce CI/CD deployment best practices (SFDX, Copado, or Jenkins).Governance & Optimization: Proactively identify, prioritize, and mitigate technical debt. Optimize platform performance, manage governor limits for high-volume data transactions, and ensure robust data security models.Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex business requirements from product owners and stakeholders into actionable technical blueprints and solution designs.Required Technical Skills & QualificationsExperience: 10+ years of active experience in IT, with a minimum of 7+ years dedicated exclusively to Salesforce enterprise-level development and architecture.Advanced Coding: Master-level proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Deep understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.Data & Security Modeling: Advanced expertise in designing complex data models, sharing rules, role hierarchies, and field-level security.Declarative Mastery: Deep knowledge of advanced flow automation, Einstein features, and platform capabilities to ensure programmatic solutions are only used when necessary.Cloud Exposure: Deep experience with at least two major Salesforce environments (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, or Commerce Cloud).DevOps & Tools: Hands-on experience with modern Salesforce DevOps pipelines, Git, SFDX CLI, and automated deployment strategies.Preferred Certifications (Big Plus)Salesforce Certified Application / System ArchitectSalesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PD2)Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer
