Terraform Engineer

Job DescriptionBellevue, WA / Dallas, TX / Atlanta, GA / Overland Park, KS (Hybrid)What We're Looking For:10+ years of general software/infrastructure engineering experience.5+ years of hands-on Terraform experience, including designing module architecture from scratch (not just consuming existing modules).Demonstrated ability to take a request or requirement and deliver a finished, production-ready solution with limited guidance or hand-holding.Deep knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP); multi-cloud experience a plus.Strong grasp of Terraform state management, workspaces, remote backends, and collaboration patterns at scale.Experience with CI/CD for infrastructure (e.g., Atlantis, Terraform Cloud/Enterprise, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).Familiarity with policy-as-code (Sentinel, OPA/Conftest) and automated testing for infrastructure (Terratest or similar).Solid understanding of networking, security groups/IAM, and cloud cost optimization.Excellent written communication — able to document decisions and hand off work clearly to a distributed/remote team.
