ResponsibilitiesProvides excellent customer service by utilizing good communication skills and job knowledge to ensure UTHET and departmental objectives are achieved and maintained. Meets department productivity standards determined by the type of work assigned. Meets department quality standards determined by the type of work assigned. Quality is evaluated based on thoroughness, accuracy and appropriate methods. Identify and communicate quality trends that negatively affect service to our customers, our efficiency and/or the organization’s performance. Execute job assignments in a safe manner adhering to all hospital and department safety procedures. Maintains appropriate appearance in accordance with hospital and department policy. Maintains compliance with hospital policies. Timely and accurate completion of Revenue Cycle assignments. Complete projects in a timely and accurate manner assigned by supervisor regarding Accounts Receivable activity. Revenue Cycle related support functions that promote the mission of the organization. Reports to the Manager Revenue Cycle or the Supervisor Revenue Cycle. QualificationsJob Requirements:High School Diploma or GED Minimum of two years office experience with knowledge of office practices. Minimum of two years health care experience with knowledge of revenue cycle including One Year customer service assistance. Preferred Job Requirements:Associate degree or equivalent preferred
