This position combines front desk responsibilities with basic accounting and bookkeeping support, including data entry and maintaining financial records in QuickBooks.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet clients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner and create a welcoming first impressionAnswer and route incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiriesSchedule and confirm client appointments and maintain calendars for team membersOrganize, scan, and maintain client files and office records accurately and confidentiallySupport daily office operations, including clerical and administrative tasksAssist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including transaction entry, account updates, and financial record maintenance in QuickBooksHelp prepare and organize documentation needed for tax preparation and other financial servicesFacilitate clear communication between clients and team members to ensure excellent service and timely follow-upQualificationsExperience with phone etiquette and receptionist or front desk dutiesStrong clerical and organizational skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with office technology and software, including scheduling tools and basic computer applicationsBasic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping practicesExperience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferredProfessional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentialityHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional office administration, accounting, or bookkeeping training is a plusApplyPlease apply through LinkedIn with a current resume and a brief summary of relevant receptionist, bookkeeping, or QuickBooks experience.
