Job Title: MES Project Manager – Engineering Program ManagerLocation: 35 Cherry Hill Drive, Danvers, MA (Fully Onsite)Type: W2 ContractDuration: 12-MonthsNote: Locals Preferred.We are currently seeking an experienced MES Project Manager to lead Manufacturing Execution System (MES) initiatives at a regulated manufacturing site.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in MES implementation and project/program management, with proven accountability for delivering MES solutions in a manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end MES program planning, execution, and governance.Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, quality, and compliance.Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and site leadership.Oversee MES deployment, including eDHR implementation and system integrations (BPCS, ERP, etc.).Ensure successful site readiness, go-live, and hypercare support.Provide executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and financials.Drive change management and continuous improvement initiatives.Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of Project/Program Management experience.Strong experience in MES implementation in manufacturing environments.Bachelor’s degree required.Nice to Have:BPCS experienceSAP experience
