The ideal candidate will ensure safety, quality, and productivity while guiding a team of welders to meet project goals. Duties Oversee daily welding and fabrication activities, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Manage work schedules, assignments, and workflow to meet production deadlines. Monitor inventory of welding materials and coordinate equipment maintenance. Inspect welds and completed work to ensure compliance with specifications. Train, mentor, and support welders to improve skills and performance. Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation. Experience Previous experience as a Welding Supervisor or Lead Welder. Strong knowledge of welding processes, blueprint reading, and quality standards. Effective leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
