Staff Software Engineer

Overview In this role you will lead the architecture and delivery of scalable, user-facing systems within the Growth domain, shaping AI-powered product experiences. You’ll build full-stack solutions using React, TypeScript, Postgres, and AWS, steering the shift to AI-native engineering with Claude Code and Codex. Collaborating with product, design, and data teams, you drive growth-focused features while maintaining quality and reliability.
