Journeyman Electrician (Licensed) New Data Center Construction Cedar Rapids, IAAerotek is hiring multiple licensed journeyman electricians for a long-term data center new construction project in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa area. This is a high-earning opportunity with consistent overtime and daily per diem.Compensation & Schedule Pay Rate: $50.00/hourHours: 5 days/week, 12-hour shifts (minimum 60 hours/week)Overtime: Built-in weekly OTEstimated Weekly Take-Home: ~$4,000+Per Diem: $178/dayApprox. $62,000+ in per diem over one yearJob Responsibilities Install, bend, and run EMT and rigid conduitPull wire and perform terminationsInstall lighting systems, switchgear, panels, and cableRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawingsPerform electrical troubleshooting and repairsWork with low- and medium-voltage systemsSupport large-scale commercial and industrial electrical constructionRequired Skills & Experience Journeyman-level electrical experience in commercial or industrial constructionProficiency with:Conduit bending (EMT and rigid)Terminations and panelsLighting and electrical systemsBlueprint and schematic readingElectrical troubleshootingExperience on large projects such as data centers preferredLicensing Requirement A valid Journeyman Electrician License is required. License must be from one of the following states eligible for Iowa reciprocity:AK, AR, CO, MN, MT, NE, NH, ND, OK, SD, TX, WI, or WYJob Type & LocationThis is a contract to hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
