Our team is passionate about supporting healthcare providers and improving patient outcomes by delivering reliable, high-quality staffing solutions.Position OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing qualified nursing professionals while coordinating staffing schedules to meet client needs. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Key ResponsibilitiesSource, recruit, and screen candidates including RNs, LPNs, and MAsConduct interviews and guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding processVerify credentials, licenses, and compliance documentationMatch candidates with appropriate assignments based on client needs and availabilityCoordinate and manage staff schedules, shift coverage, and last-minute requestsMaintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clientsTrack recruiting activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Ensure compliance with healthcare staffing regulations and company policiesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred3 years of staffing/recruiting in a agency setting (healthcare required)MUST have experience working for a healthcare recruiting/staffing agencyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExcellent organizational and time management skillsBasic knowledge of nursing roles and healthcare terminology is a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting software/ATSPreferred SkillsExperience working in a staffing agency or healthcare settingAbility to build rapport quickly with candidates and clientsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesFlexibility to handle after-hours or on-call scheduling needs as requiredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay or base salary (based on experience)Performance-based incentives/bonusesHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for growth and advancementHow to ApplyIf you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to play a key role in supporting healthcare teams, we encourage you to apply.
