Retail Store Associate

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented CBD/Hemp/Delta-8 Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to customers in a CBD/Hemp/Delta-8 dispensary-like setting. Responsibilities - Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences - Provide product information, usage instructions, and recommendations - Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Perform cash handling duties with precision - Weigh, package, and label products as required - Utilize retail math skills for inventory management Experience - Experience in retail sales, preferably in a grocery store or similar setting - Familiarity with cash register operations and cash handling procedures - Ability to effectively communicate and sell products to customers - Familiarity Greenbits/Dutchie Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus - Knowledge of CBD/Hemp/Delta-8/cannabis products and industry trends is advantageous Disclaimer: The information contained in this job description is not an exhaustive list of the duties performed for this position.
