HR Analyst - Benefits & Compensation
HR Analyst - Benefits & Compensation position open in Greenville for an HR professional with 5+ years experience and a passion for process improvement. The HR Analyst is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and administration of a self-insured employee benefits plan, retirement plans, exempt employee payroll, and other perks. Staying current with legal updates, compliance, and regulations is required. The ideal candidate will have experience negotiating with external providers for cost effective terms and ensure the efficient delivery of benefits programs. Full-time, on-site position with competitive compensation package and benefits! Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience working with compensation programs, benefits, insurance, and 3rd party providers Experience with a SELF-INSURED benefits program Previous experience in an Analyst type role with knowledge of finance, data, and reporting Bachelor's degree required Expert level experience using Excel and other Microsoft applications Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP and CEBS Ability to analyze processes and systems and suggest enhancements or best practices across multiple facilities Experience with using ADP is preferred What sets this company apart?
