Position SummaryWe are currently seeking an experienced Crew Leader to join our team in Morgantown, WV. This is a full-time, steady position supporting plant maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience and advanced welding capabilities in an industrial environment.Position OverviewThe Crew Leader will oversee assigned maintenance tasks and support plant operations, including acting in a supervisory capacity during both planned and forced outages.Work assignments are provided at the beginning of each week and may vary in scope.
